Tracie started BODT as a stay-at-home mom in 2003 wanting to contribute to her family financially but still have the flexibility to be there for her children. After her kids were grown, she capitalized on an opportunity to educate and empower herself and become a Third Party Administrator. She loves owning a business that reflects her values and thrives facing the challenges of a growing company.  She strongly believes in a drug-free workplace and has enjoyed contributing to the safety program for each of her clients. Tracie has been married to her husband Bill for 33 years and has 3 grown children with spouses and 8 grandchildren.
